This is an unusually level property with only about 20 feet of overall elevation change from 720 to 740 +/- feet above sea level. NRCS mapping shows the soil in this area to be primarily Howland-Monarda types. These are soils types that range from well to poorly drained and are usually stony. They are good for supporting forestry, wildlife and have potential for moderate grazing use.
